These terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale to you of any of the goods listed on www.bstarsales.co.uk.

Please ensure that you read these Conditions carefully before you order any Goods from the Website. You should understand that by ordering any of our Goods you are agreeing to be bound by these Conditions.

The Website is operated by B-Star trading. The registered office of B-Star trading is unit 1 Claremont Way Industrial Estate, Claremont Way, Brent Cross, London, NW2 1BG.

You must be a registered customer of Bstar Trading.

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You are resident in, and accessing the Website from, the UK, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

The prices quoted on the Website are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate and exclusive of delivery charges.

The availability and specification of the Goods are subject to change without notice, although we will try and give you notice wherever possible.

All descriptions, drawings and specifications on the Website are published for illustration purposes only and are not binding on us.

The price of any Goods will be as quoted on the Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. The price of the Goods on the Website may vary from prices quoted in any brochure prices issued by B-Star Trading. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Email.

The Website contains a large number of Goods and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Goods listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedure so that, where any item's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the relevant Goods to you. If an item's correct price is higher than the price stated on the Website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Goods or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

We are under no obligation to provide the Goods to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Email, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mis-pricing.

Terms of payment strictly 30 days Nett from invoice date unless prior arrangement has been agreed.

Payment may be made by any credit, debit or payment card acceptable to us, and such payment will be encrypted to ensure secure electronic transmission of data. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

An amount of £25 will be charged against the buyer on all cheques returned by the bank.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days.

Notification of all claims for shortages, damages etc should be made in writing to B-star trading within 3 days from delivery date. Claims for any shortages or damages goods shall not be accepted if notified after 3 days from delivery date.

Our liability to you in respect of any cost or damages suffered by you in respect of any breach of contract or any negligence by us shall be limited to the invoiced price of the goods and where the claim is for delivery of any defective goods our liability shall be limited to replacement of the defective goods with a credit note for them.

Ownership of the Goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all monies owed by you to us nder this Contract and any other contract with us.

If any goods comprised in this invoice are resold by the purchaser the title to those goods shall pass to the person buying from the purchaser only when the monies due from that person have been paid to the purchaser. In all other cases, title to the goods shall remain with the company. This provision shall also apply to any further persons who may in turn purchase the goods.

All risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery.

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the Your Account area of the website. We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

We take care to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that this is the case nor that your use of the Website will not result in any damage or virus. You should verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it.

We have the right to revise and amend the Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.

You will be subject to the policies and Conditions in force at the time that you order Goods from us, unless any change to those policies or the Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or the Conditions before we send you the Dispatch Email (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Goods).
